CREC joins forces with Scalechemy to run EEL and BEEL for more settings

Scalchemy Training and Development are working in partnership with CREC to offer more settings the opportunity to undertake the Effective Early Learning (EEL) and/or Baby Effective Early Learning (BEEL) Programme to assist in improving the quality of early years and childcare settings.

EEL and  BEEL are programmes of supported self evaluation and improvement for all settings that provide early education and care for young children aged 0-7 years and may be undertaken in their entirety in order to achieve and Accreditation Award or as individual modules to address specific Ofsted Actions.

"BEEL/EEL has helped us to look at our setting obejctively. It has helped us to ask the right questions and to drill right down into areas of practice."

The 10 Dimensions of Quality indentified in the EEL & BEEL Programmes provide a comprehensive framework which dovetails into inspection, quality assurance and regulation requirements. As the programmes link directly to the Ofsted Evaluation Schedule, it is possible to divide the elements into three specific areas which can be delivered individually:

·         The Effectiveness of Leadership and Management

·         Teaching, Learning and Outcomes for Children

·         Overall Effectiveness

If you're interested in the EEL and/or BEEL Programmes and would like to find out more please contact Scalchemy
