NYMAZ bursary launched for CME:EC course

NYMAZ have launched a new bursary for their Early Years Music Network members who wish to undertake our Level 4 Certificate for Music Educators (CME): Early Childhood!

NYMAZ are offering a very limited number of bursaries for candidates starting the course in September 2018 and September 2019 – only four bursaries will be available each year.

The CME: Early Childhood  offers a flexible, part-time, distance-learning qualification in early childhood music, run here at CREC and in association with MERYC-England . The CME is a recognised National Qualification validated by Trinity College London.

Existing members of the NYMAZ Early Years Music Network are now able to apply for one of the new bursaries, which will cover the full costs of the CME: Early Childhood course!

This is a fantastic opportunity for practitioners based in North Yorkshire hoping to improve their skills and knowledge in early childhood music education.

Bursary Eligibility — Applicants must be:
- a full member of the NYMAZ Early Years Music Network
- working in North Yorkshire
- have some experience of delivering early years music
- be committed to completing the course

If you are interested in applying for this bursary, please e-mail Millie Raw Mackenzie NYMAZ Programme and Networks Manager, on millie@nymaz.org.uk
