Leading Localities – challenges and chances

This day will be facilitated by Mike Gasper and will provide an opportunity to explore collective experiences of the realities of leading localities and groups (or ‘clusters’) of Children’s Centres and Early Years settings. It is open to anyone in a leadership role and will include:

      *What challenges have we faced?

*What chances and opportunities have there been?

      *How have we responded?

      *What has succeeded?

      *What remains to be addressed?

*What can we learn from each other?

*How might we move forward more positively from here?

The aim of the day is to bring together professionals who are facing similar challenges and to allow discussion, dialogue and fresh thinking into how children’s services can best be delivered in the current climate and how a high quality locality working model can be developed and sustained.

The cost for the day is £45.00 - this will include refreshments and a finger buffet lunch.
