CREC hosts visit from the department of education

David Fitzgerald, Deputy Director, Early Education and Childcare Division at the Department for Education and his colleague, Sophie Faber, who has a particular interest in the 2-year-old pilot initiative visited CREC and St Thomas Children's Centre in Birmingham on Friday 27th January.

The civil servants met with CREC Directors Professor Tony Bertram and Professor Chris Pascal (pictured below).


CREC is currently undertaking evaluative research in three local authorities involved in the 2-year-old pilot initiative.
